Eating what does not nourish you

    They
    call it junk
    food
    but
    so much
    of
    what’s available
    is
    not
    good
    for me

    How about
    all the lovely delicious
    to behold pastries

    Ooh
    they make me
    feel so good
    just
    taking a
    bite

    the cream is
    feather light soft
    melts in my mouth
I scrape my fingers on the plate
pick up every last bit of it
lick all of it off my fingers

    fresh small sweet korean
    strawberries scarlet red
nestled in the Snow White cream
    flaky buttery croissant crumbles
as I sink my teeth in
    sin and redemption mixed together

    calories
    sugar high

    what about the
    lows of
    PT
    sweating struggling to lift
    the bar and my buns
    what about the reps
thighs and butts shouting out loud
    arms screaming soft like jelly
